What’s for dinner?

Quickie dinner tonight. This one is easy, folks, and HEALTHY!

Start by cutting your avocados in half, and tossing out that pit.

Now, sauté 1 t crushed red pepper, and 2 gloves of garlic, in 1 t of coconut oil. Add 1/3 lb of raw ground turkey, and brown.

Now, dice 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, and 1/2 cup spinach, and mix into turkey mixture.

Fill you avocado halves with turkey mixture.

Ok, so some got a little messy. And I ate more filling than what is pictured here, but it was so good!

This quick and easy dinner fits in to the cleanse that I am on day 4 of right now. Learn more about that tomorrow!
